Lewis McDonald, Programmer & Co-Owner
Lewis has been developing EncomPos Retail and solutions since 2004. He is a graduate of Hofstra University with a major in Computer Science. He went on from college to work for Solomon Smith Barney as part of the development staff for their accounting department. Afterward Lewis took his programming skills to Florida where he developed point of sale software for another company until leaving and starting up EncomPos Software.
Kim Morris, Sales & Support, Co-Owner
Kim comes from a background of retailing and customer service. After graduating from the University of Hawaii she spent many years working retail, from being a cashier to a store manager. She brought that experience with her when helping to develop the software with Lewis.
