Define the Class Schedule:

When a new class is entered, a rough Class Schedule is created below the Classes window. Automatic entries are made by the system using the Session Count and Start Date set up on the class. The schedule can be changed by entering Edit Mode using the icon in the toolbar. (Using the Class Schedule is optional).

Session Date - Edit existing dates by using the ... button or typing in the month/day/year. To add a date entry to the schedule, use the Add Schedule icon in the toolbar. To remove an entry, use the Delete Schedule icon. These icons are only available when in Edit Mode.

Class Starts/Ends - This is non-military time based entry. Use the A or P keyboard button to set whether the time is AM or PM.

Session Location - Use this field to indicate the location each session date is going to take place.

Requires Gear - A simple check box to indicate that gear will be required for each session.

Session Description - Use this to define a module or course chapter that will be covered in each session.

 

Once the class has been defined, use the Save icon in the toolbar to make it available to sell at through the Point of Sale.

Delete A Class:

You must enter into Edit mode using the icon on the toolbar in order to access the Delete icon. Highlight the specific Class and click the Delete icon. A class can only be deleted if there have been no sign-ups.

View Historical Classes:

Click the Closed Classes icon on the toolbar to see a list of classes once offered but closed for signup after the End Date. Classes will remain listed in the Open Classes until it is physically closed. They will not move over based on the End Date in order to take payments made after that date.
