Close A Class:

Begin by going to Classes located within the Scuba Diving feature on the tree menu. In the top Scuba Classes window, select the class you would like to close.

Use your right mouse button on the highlighted row to access the task menu. In this list is the option to Close Class. Click the option and the class will move from Open to Closed. Use the Closed Classes icon in the toolbar to see the class that has been moved over.

Reopen A Class:

Still in the Classes, click on the Closed Classes icon in the toolbar. In the top Scuba Classes window, select the class you would like to reopen.

Use your right mouse button on the highlighted row to access the task menu. Click the option to Reopen Class and the selected class will move from Closed to Open. Use the Open Classes icon in the toolbar to see the class that has been moved over.
