Page 2 Gear Details:
Gear Added from Store Purchase - (this feature was added in July 2010) - When a product is sold from a department set up as a Service Department it will be added to the customer's Gear list in their profile. Additionally, it will be added to the service module, tracking the next date of service.
Gear Added from a Work Order - (this feature will begin working in August 2010) - When a product is attached to a service in a work order and that product is not already in the customer's gear list, it will be added and tracked for the next date of service.
Service Log Tab:
The Customer Service Log displays all services done through a Work Order. Click on the specific service type to filter the results.
Activity Log Tab:
The Activity Log displays all Classes, Excursions, Charters and Rentals for each customer. Click on the specific activity tab to view the different categories.
For a final commitment, use the Save button on the touch keyboard to save all additions or changes and return to the sales window. |
