Begin by going to Classes located within the Scuba Diving feature on the tree menu. To access the transfer feature, select the class and for that class, select the customer signed up in the Scuba Class Roster window. Use your right mouse button to access the task menu for customers in the roster and select the Transfer Class...option.

Note* A customer can be moved into any class, regardless of whether it is the same Course or not. You may also move a customer to a class that has a different price. The class roster will display the same information from one class to another on what they paid and what their balance due is.

When the Transfer Class option is selected, a window will pop displaying all active scuba classes. (If the class has already been closed, go to the historical classes view and reopen the class for it to display in the transfer window).

Select the class to transfer the customer to and click the OK button. The customer and their payment history is now moved to the new class.
