Rendezvous Location - The location of where everyone should meet prior to departing.
Dive Leader - Use the drop down arrow to access your list of Instructors.
Comm. % - The percent an associate will earn when they sign up a customer.
Print Form - Use the ...button to navigate to a list of forms created using the Waivers/Forms/Itineraries feature in the Document Center.
Print Trip Detail - Select the check box if you want to print the trip detail (Diving Itinerary) at the time a customer is signed up.
MMG - Not Yet In Use
Close Trip - Check this option when you would like to move the Charter from Current to Historical Charters. Waiting to close the charter allows for payments to be made after the charter has been complete.
Once you have set all of the fields in the Charters / Day Trips window, click the Save icon in the toolbar to add the new charter to your list.
Diving Itinerary
To add a dive itinerary, you must first enter into Edit Mode by clicking the last icon in the toolbar (this is an optional feature and does not need to be filled in to save the Charter). Once in edit mode, click the Add Itinerary icon which will now be active in the toolbar. There should now be a new entry in the Diving Itinerary window.
Dive Charter Outfit - This is a drop down list that pulls from your list of suppliers. The only suppliers that will show here though are those that are set up as a Specialty Line Supplier, defined by the Supplier Role on the Supplier Form View.
Dive Spot - A free form field used to identity where the dive is going to be.
Dive Date - The date of each actual dive in the dive itinerary.
Meet Time - The time to meet for each dive in the dive itinerary.
Dive Descriptions - Use these check boxes to describe where, when or what is going to take place on each specific dive. Multiple check boxes can be selected.
