Course Type/Agency - This is the list of the agencies you selected to Show when setting up your Agencies using the icon in the toolbar.
Loyalty Grid Group - Select the product group you may have created for your Class department. This group links with Customer Discount groups in the Member Markdown grid for automated discounts.
Deposit Amount - Set a deposit amount that must be met when a customer signs up for a class. The amount here can be met or bettered at the POS, but payments lower than the minimum deposit cannot be made.
Waiver Document - Use the ...button to navigate to a list of forms created using the Waivers/Forms/Itineraries feature in the Document Center.
Click the Save button on the toolbar to save your changes made to Courses and click the List View icon to exit out of Edit mode.
