Sign Up One Customer To An Excursion or Charter |

Begin by logging into the POS to start a sale. A customer can be put onto the sale prior to entering into Scuba Trips, or in the signup wizard. Either way, a customer must be added to the sale in order to sign up for a trip or charter. This allows for full tracking of deposits and puts the customer on the rosters. For this help file, we will add the customer from within the Scuba Trip wizard. Click the link to go to the basic help file to Add A Customer To A Sale. In the POS screen, click the Tasks button. Within Tasks, click the Scuba Trip button to trigger the signup. The first step in the wizard is to either select a Returning Customer from your database of existing customers or Add A New Customer record.
