There are two ways to order tags to the LP3 printer. The printer can either be hooked up to the Worth Data RF scanner or to a PC. There are two different cables used for each type of printing, a serial cable for the PC and a cable with two jack ends similiar to a phone or network jack to hookup to the scanner.

To print from the RF, hook the printer up to the RF with the cable. There are three separate activities in the RF menu which will print to the size tag that is loaded in the printer. There are three different shelf tag stock sizes for the LP3:

RF Activity #5 - Small Shelf Tags: This shelf stock is 2" x 1.125" and comes in two designs, all yellow or yellow on top, white on the bottom, both with rounded edges.

RF Activity #13 - Medium Shelf Tags: This shelf stock is 2.125" x 1.375" and comes in all yellow with rounded edges.

RF Activity #14 - Large Shelf Tags: This shelf stock is 3" x 2" and comes in all yellow with rounded edges.

Once the activity is selected on the RF, scan the first item getting a shelf tag. The printer should respond immediately, allowing a good pace for printing.
