Use the Lookup button on the main POS screen to bring up the different categories that can be searched through. In this window is a button to access Gift Card Lookups, which when clicked will bring up gift card window to scan or swipe the barcode or mag stripe on the card. Upon capturing the card number, all activity on that card will display in the window below the scan prompt.

Gift Card Purchase - This is the initial purchase made on a brand new or repurchased gift card. If repurchased, there will be no historical data prior to that repurchase. Otherwise, all transactions made from the time of the initial purchase to being completely used will be displayed.

Gift Card Redemption - This shows when a sale was tendered using the balance on the gift card to pay for that sale.

Gift Card Reload - A card can have money added onto it at any time using the Reload feature. This entry displays the amount that was added during the life of the card.

Click the Close button to exit out of the Gift Card Lookup window.
