Cancel A Student From A Class

Begin by going to Classes located within the Scuba Diving feature on the tree menu. To access a customer's payment history, select the class and for that class, select the customer signed up in the Scuba Class Roster window. Use your right mouse button to access the task menu for customers in the roster and select the Cancel Student option.

Note* This option is only available for class signups without a deposit. If there have been any payments made on the class, this option will not be available. You will need to go to the POS and cancel the student from the class through the class wizard.

Select the option to Cancel Class and the roster record will display "Cancelled Class" in the payment fields. There is no way to undo a Cancel except to go to the POS and sign the customer back up for the class using the class wizard. If you just need to show a payment made, don't cancel the student from the class, just use the class wizard at the POS to make a Payment.
