Begin by going to Classes located within the Scuba Diving feature on the tree menu. To access a customer's payment history, select the class and for that class, select the customer signed up in the Scuba Class Roster window. Use your right mouse button to access the task menu for customers in the roster and select the Certify Student option.

When the Certify Student option is selected, the check box in the roster window for the selected customer will be checked off. Additionally, the certification will be added to the students Certification Card, located in the Customer Profile at the POS, and the Dive Record in Retail Operations.
