Use the Print icon in the toolbar to access a menu of print options. Select your option to trigger the print preview. Click the Print icon a second time to print the previewed report.

Class Roster:

The class roster displays the class details, to include the instructor, sessions, timeframe and number of seats remaining, as well as each customer that has signed up for the class. Customer detail includes their phone numbers, their class price and any balance due.

Class List:

This is a list of all active classes, displaying the class capacity, session count, start and end dates, instructor and remaining seats.

Quick Sell Scan Sheet:

The Quick Sell Sheet is a printout of each class with a barcode and details of each class. When that barcode is scanned at the POS, it will trigger the signup of that class for the customer on the sale and put you at the point where another customer can be added or the signup can be finalized and totalled. If the customer is not already on the sale and a class is sold using the quick sell barcode, the interview will begin by bringing up the customer and then going through the class signup.
