Log into Retail Operations and in the tree menu, open the Customers section and click on the Customer Search. The Customer Dive Record is two steps down on the tree, and it works in conjunction with the Customer Search. Whichever customer is selected on the customer search results window will also be the customer displayed in the dive record.
Click the Show All icon in the Customer Search toolbar to bring up a list of all customers, or use the search criteria drop downs to select a specific customer or group of customers. With customers in the work set window, highlight the customer entry you would like to view the Dive Record for, then click on Dive Record in the tree menu.
The dive record is made up of several parts:
Customer Identification Card - The identification card includes the customer information filled out in the Main Page of the customer profile. The Address, Drivers License number, Emergency Contact information, Phone, Weight and Height and the Customer Image. The DL#, Contact information fields and Sizing fields are all editable when clicked on. Use the Save icon in the toolbar to commit any changes.
Customer Gear Card - The Gear Card has multiple parts, driven by the radio buttons at the top of the window.
Gear Overview - Use the different gear type check boxes to indicate that the customer ownes that particular piece of gear. The Tank, Fins, Wetsuit and BC Size fields are all drop downs to select from. The Weight field below Weight Belt is used to indicate the amount of weight the customer needs for a dive. Use the Save icon in the toolbar to commit any changes.
Gear List - The gear list is populated from either a customer purchase made on a department set as a service department, from bringing is an item for work order service, and through manually entering items in the Service window (located in Scuba Diving, Service Items in the Retail Operations). There is no editing in the Gear List - go to Service Items to edit or add additional gear.
Service Log - The service log lists all work order services associated to the selected customer, displaying when the service occurred, what service was done, and if filled out on the work order, what specific item was being serviced. There is no editing in the Service Log as services must be edited in Work Orders, located under Customers in the Retail Operations.
