Scuba Reports

There are several reports specifically for the Scuba Industry located in the Document Center within the POS Activity Reports. Scuba Sales Summary - This is the only report where you can see the breakdown of all scuba related activities in one place. Merchandise Sales, Service Sales, Rentals, Class and Trip Sales, Fees and Work Order Service. Deposits on future sales for Classes, Trips, Work Orders and Rentals are also shown, as well as line of credit account payments and profit margins for your scuba categories. Merchandise Sales - This report excludes classes, trips, service, fee's, fixed taxes, rentals and work order service activity. It is a report that only displays merchandise sales. Service Sales - Service is distinguished two ways in EncomPos. Work Order service, which this is not, and essentially, any other service that is not related to work orders. Some may use this for swimming lessons or pool parties. Rental Sales - This reports an accumulation of all income related to rentals. Class Sales - Trip Sales - Work Order Service Sales - This report pulls together all work order service sales. Products with the Inventory Type set to Work Order Service will show in this report when sales are made on that service.
