Setting Service Timeframes |

Log into Retail Operations and in the tree menu, open the System Configuration and click on Drop Down Menus. To the right, select the Service Timeframes from the list of Drop Down Sections in the left window. This will display the list of Service Types in the window on the right. For each Service Type, a Service Interval needs to be set. This is the only way a Next Service date can be calculated when a Work Order is started. If there is not a service interval indicated, the Next Service Date will display N/A, indicating there is no future date available to set. The Service Interval is by the number of days. For each Service Type, set the number of days recommended between services. When done, click the Save icon in the toolbar. |
