Begin by going to Charters / Day Trips located within the Scuba Diving feature on the tree menu. Use the Print icon in the toolbar to access a menu of print options. Select your option to trigger the print preview. Click the Print icon a second time to print the previewed report.
Charter Roster:
The charter roster displays the trip details, to include the beginning and end times, number of seats, destination, dive leader, rendevous location and price, as well as each customer that has signed up for the trip. Customer detail includes their phone numbers, their charter price and any balance due.
Charter Itinerary :
This will print the details of the Diving Itinerary, an optional feature used to break down the charter dives, including the price, charter times, times, dive spots, dive leader, visibility, dive depths, water temperature, and dive leader.
Quick Sell Scan Sheet:
The Quick Sell Sheet is a printout of each active charter with a barcode and details of each charter. When that barcode is scanned at the POS, it will trigger the signup of that charter for the customer on the sale and put you at the point where another customer can be added or the signup can be finalized and totaled. If the customer is not already on the sale and a charter is sold using the quick sell barcode, the interview will begin by bringing up the customer and then going through the charter signup.
