Begin by going to Charters/Day Trips located within the Scuba Diving feature on the tree menu. In order to create recurring charters, you need to have one in the charter window already set up for it to emulate. Once you have a charter that you want to create recurrences for, use the right mouse button to access the task menu, then select the Build Recurrences option.

At the top of the scheduling window that pops up, use the calendar to set the timeframes for building your recurring charters. Use the ...button to access a full calendar, or the drop down arrows to display the month. Once you have set the date range, use the radio buttons or click on the tabs to select the Recurring Method for building your charters.

Recurring Methods:

Daily - Use this option to create a charter for each specified day within the date range.

Weekly - This option allows you to select the frequency by week and specific days within those weeks.

Monthly - Working between the dates set in the calendar above, each month can be specified and within those months, either a selected day or selected day of the week can be set, distinguished by the radio buttons located below the months.

Preview:

Click the Preview Dates tab to run your chosen scenario and see the actual dates the charters will be created for. You must Preview to activate the OK button to save your recurrences.

Once you click the OK button, each new charter will be listed at the top of the Charters / Day Trips window.
