Cancel A Class For Multiple Customers In One Sale |

Back in the sales receipt, we still see the second customer at the top of the receipt, but now in the ticket, if the second customer had made any deposits, you will see a row for their Class Refund as a negative amount. If there was no deposit, the sales receipt will be as it was prior to cancelling the second person from their class. Any rows will contain each specific customer's number (2501000...) as you continue to add customers. At this point, you can either total the sale to finalize the Cancellations for both customers or you can continue to add another customer to the ticket to cancel another class signup. If the ticket is blank and the last customer on the ticket is not making a purchase, either go into Tasks and use the Clear Customer button to stay in the sales mode, but remove the customer from the sale, or back in the main sales screen, click the EncomPos logo at the top of the receipt and the customers will be removed and you will be logged out of the sales mode. Remember, if you are going to another signup for a different person, you must first go into the Customer Lookup and bring that person onto the top of the sales receipt before going back into the Scuba Class wizard. |
