Make A Rental Reservation |

Begin by logging into the POS to start a sale. A customer can be put onto the sale prior to entering into a Rental Reservation, or in the signup wizard. Either way, a customer must be added to the sale in order to make a reservation. This allows for full tracking, setting the item as reserved for the date(s), putting the customer in the reservation list, and allowing for a rental pickup from the reservation list. For this help file, we will add the customer from within the Reservation wizard. Click the link to go to the basic help file to Add A Customer To A Sale. In the POS screen, click the Tasks button. Within Tasks, click the Rental Resv. button to trigger the reservation signup. The first step in the wizard is to either select a Returning Customer from your database of existing customers or Add A New Customer record.
