Assign A Card To A Sales Associate |

The ability to assign a card to an employee is located within the Security section of Retail Operations. Within security go to the Employee User Accounts. The User Accounts window does not neet to be in Edit Mode to assign a card. Highlight the employee name in the User Accounts window and click the Assign EncomPos Card icon in the toolbar. This will bring up a window with a list of available card numbers. Highlight the preferred card and click the OK button. Click the Save icon in the toolbar and the card will be activated for use. If there are no cards available to assign, go to the EncomPos Cards section within Security in the tree view. To unassign a card, highlight the card number in the the EncomPos Cards window that is desired then click the Unassign Card icon in the toolbar. A window will prompt to verify whether this card is to be unassigned - click the Yes button to make the card available. The activation date of the card will display as **Available for Activation**. Return to the Employee User Accounts and follow the above instructions to assign the newly available card. |
