Customer Profile: Rewards |

To access a customer's reward purchases you must first Add A Customer To The Sale. This is an advanced help file continuing from the point of already having a customer on our sale. When a customer is added to the sale, four icons appear around the scan prompt in the upper right section of the sales screen. The customer reward button has an image of an award ribbon and is located in the top left of the scan prompt circle. Clicking the reward button will open a window that lists all purchased items that are in a reward program. Each item will continue to add up towards a reward point, which if issued, will be shown in the Reward Point and Reward Taken columns. This is only a viewing window - use the back office reports if you need to print a list of your customer's reward purchases. Once you have finished looking at the customer's reward purchases, click the Close button to return to the sales screen. At this point, you can ring products on the sale and tender, look up another customer record to edit, or clear the customer from the sale. To remove a customer, if the ticket is blank and the customer is not making a purchase, either go into Tasks and use the Clear Customer button to stay in the sales mode, but remove the customer from the sale, or back in the main sales screen, click the EncomPos logo at the top of the receipt and the customer will be removed and you will be logged out of the sales mode. |
